as though it's attractive?
It really bothers me to see emaciated, 6ft. concave-stomached mannequins in shop windows. NOBODY has that body shape. Anyone that tall and quite clearly that underweight would be facing serious problems. A concave-stomach is one thing to look out for if you're worried that someone you know might be suffering from anorexia nervosa; an illness which is affecting the youth of today now more than ever. It is an horrific thing to suffer as even when the body is returned to a healthy state, patients still have to cope with body-dismorphier, a warped self image.
Knowing the severity of this, why are reputable shops like Marks and Spencer stocking ill-looking mannequins? There is something very wrong with this.

Being more than 10 minutes late is not fashionable...
...it's rude. If there is good reason then fine but purposefully turning up late in order to look 'cool'? that's annoying.

I know I should be livid...
...when some guy cat calls or wolf whistles at me. I know I should find such a manner of objectifying women outrageous...but in all honesty, I just find it very flattering! I mean, it's not flowers or chocolate or love poetry and it really is just a mere rating of one's outward self but I can't help but feel a little lifted by it. I'm not condoning such shouts but if modern man no longer gives a pretty gal roses as a sign of affection then I've got to be able to appreciate whatever comes my way, right? xD
